Before & After - one of our favorite ways to demonstrate just how much can be done to transform a space. Our clients in this project, a chic Las Olas Beach Club Condo, asked for an update to the original finishes and a more open feel, which meant pulling down walls and cabinetry. The result - a sanctuary within their condo that had a clean, hotel-like vibe with coastal hints.
We opened a wall in the kitchen to really play off the ocean view and added in a unique T-shaped calcite bar to maximize the space - the result is a gorgeous, chic and modern open feel.
We used many different textiles from soft crushed velvets to indoor/outdoor fabrics to create rich texture AND keep it functional with small children!
We incorporated a lot of artistic pieces, as well as some custom and semi-custom pieces. We used lots of natural materials from designers such as Made Goods and some rich lighting from Ralph Lauren.
